EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

A good leader trusts others. They believe in the abilities of others and are flexible enough to accept that everyone has their own way of doing things. It is important to trust others because it encourages followers to be independent rather than dependent, perform better and be creative. This not only boost the self belief and confidence of the individuals, the entire team reaps the benefits of the successful productive organization

President - Hawk - 2009

The President shall be the chief executive officer and shall be appointed upon a majority vote of the current full members. Duties will be the control of the executive board, if any and supervise the control and the affairs of the club, The President shall preside, when at all possible, to each meeting; conducting them with efficiency and dignity and shall grant voice to all members present. Other duties include appointing various committee members, call any special meeting needed and in the event of a vacancy the President will have the right to appoint a temporary member to office until the next scheduled meeting.

Vice President - Lancer 6 - 2015

The Vice President shall perform all duties and exercise all powers of the President when the President is absent or is otherwise unable to act. The Vice President shall perform other duties as may be prescribed from time to time by the President. Shall be in charge of the constitution and the bylaws set forth and be responsible for any and all changes. The Vice President position shall hold a term for a minimum of one year or if decided by vote of current full members to maintain office. This vote will be conducted on a yearly basis and take place during the last scheduled meeting of the calendar year.

Secretary - Chips 2005      

The Secretary is responsible for making and keeping all club records. Membership List, Chapter Bylaws, Rules of Order and meeting minutes. The Secretary will notify active members of special or emergency meetings, and will notify all the members of any appointments or elections in their absence.

Treasurer - JD 2011

The Treasurer keeps all the financial records of the club. He collects the income from all operations and is responsible for paying all the bills or expenses of the club, while keeping written records. He reports the club’s status on payments owed and due at each committee meeting to the members. He may also provide the committee a written report of the financial status at the annual meetings. . The Treasurer collects all dues and fines from the club’s members.


Sergeant-at-Arms  E 2016

The Sergeant-at-Arms is responsible for ensuring that the Bylaws of the club are not violated. The Sergeant -at-Arms is responsible for policing and keeping order at all club meetings or events. The Sergeant-at-Arms is responsible for securing any patches or colors from any member who retires, resigns, or is expelled. The Sergeant -at-Arms is responsible for the safety and security of the club, as well as the protection and defense of its members and prospects.
